How to make cassava tape

 Ingredients

2. kg of cassava

3. pieces of yeast round

   banana leaf

Step

1. Peel the cassava first wash it till it is  cleaned the fringe of the fringe then steam until soft

2. Dry the yeast kurleb 15 minutes then destroy it.

3. If the cassava cold sdah sprinkle the yeast over it until the average and save dibak sdah there is a banana leaf and then close tightly with banana leaves and cloth on it let stand for 2 days 2 mlam .. when dibuk
